Starting this Sunday, spring will finally be here! One of my favorite things about this time of year, besides the warmer temperatures, obviously (although it’s supposed to snow here tomorrow…) is all the new styles that come out each year and give me a reason to freshen up my wardrobe. Instead of one large spring style post, to start out, I’m going to do smaller posts, each with a spotlight on a specific trend for spring this year.
This week’s post was easy, because it’s about the biggest trend I’m seeing this season: off-the-shoulder tops (and dresses). This also includes cold shoulder tops too – basically, tops that bare the shoulders but also have some sort of sleeve. Personally, I love this trend because I think it adds a classic feminine look and can dress up any outfit. You could wear an off-the-shoulder dress to work with a blazer and then remove the blazer later when you go out to dinner for a completely different look. Here are some of my favorites:
